Default Window switch compatability

I've got a 2010 XLT. The power window switch allows me to auto-down my driver window but nothing else. I'm in a rental right now, a 2013 XLT that has auto-down and auto- up for the driver window and passenger window.

Would this switch be compatible to my 2010? It's a nice feature.

No. The up-down feature is actually in the window motor. There's a control module in it.
