How hard was it do install a 6 inch lift on your own? Or how much did it cost to have done?

I did two on my own. 6" full suspension on my 07 F150 and a 6" block lift on my buddies Chevy. Block lift was really easy for the rear. The the fronts were very similar. I had longer struts and he had lift block in the front. His was slightly easier because you didn't have to remove the stock spring. Took me two evening for both, spending a total of 8-10 hours doing them. Make sure to get is aligned immediately. I did both of these with jack stands (no lifts).
