Will it be totaled?
Damn, that doesn't look very good at all. I hope everyone is OK.
I can't tell if it got to the frame, but it looks like it knocked the snot out of the front suspension. My guess is that either the repair costs will be too close to the truck's value or they got some safety structure that renders it irreparable, either of which would push into the totaled category. When my '13 had less than 5K miles on the clock, a lady couldn't figure out where the parking lot ended and the street began and pulled out into the side of my truck. She got every panel on the side of my truck and did over $5K in damage--that was mostly just mashed body panels, not nearly as much damage as yours has seen.

I've got a feeling it's totaled. You need two new doors, a fender, possibly some work on the box, a new wheel, a new side step and some suspension work. The worst of the damage is to the cab, that's probably what will put you over the top. Chances are the frame is okay but the door sill being pushed like it is will make it expensive to fix.
Of course you put a guard on the front and then someone has to hit the side.
That's a tough call... However it turns out, I hope it ends up favorable for you.
Nothing but a huge pain in the ***!

From an insurance agent point of view, I'm putting my guess at totaled.
Once the floor pan is compromised and the inner skin and the main frame are bent, you're looking at a lot of labor to get it true again. For a truck like yours being an STX, the repairs will outweigh the value.

Hard to tell from 2 photos, but if the repairs are around 70%-80% of the trucks value (depending on state) then it's totaled.
If it ends up not being totaled, I'd remind them they will have to pay you diminished value and rental. Cars and trucks like that shouldn't be back on the road.
Been in 2 accidents that resulted in over $12k of repairs - both should have been totaled.
