It looks like it will buff out to where it's barely noticeable.
If not just plasti-dip the entire truck. J/K Good Luck

Get you a bottle of ScratchX2.0. You can find it at Autozone or Walmart usually and it costs about $6-10. A good buffer and a bottle of that and I have taken out scratches twice as bad as that and not to the point you can barely see them, but GONE. Great stuff to keep around.

I know I'll probably catch some cr*p for this, but it's just a scratch on a truck door, nothing more. Don't stress over it. Some good rubbing compound and a buffer should take it out.

Some of us like to have nice ****! So it's not just a scratch. I backed into a telephone support cable and put a dime size cut in my bumper pad, very next day had another one ordered. Couldn't stand that the although small cut but cut none the less was on the bumper.

You won't be able to keep things nice until the kids leave the house, mine could break things faster than I could fix them when little.

same here. I just don't worry about it. I have nice boats with gelcoat knocked off, a nice truck with scratches from a scooter handle and a limestone fireplace with black sharpie still visible from 10 years ago. It's just stuff....

Good Grief...a little rubbing compound...move on!
Given she's young, you're going to have a number of "scratches" on your vehicles as time goes on.

Its when they (kids) get "scratched" that it really hurts!

I like my truck, I love my kids!
