Why is it so hard to find 5'5" bed side rail caps?

Why is it so hard to find 5'5" bed side rail caps?

I like the look of the Dee Zee Black Aluminum Rail Caps, but I have a short bed FX4 SuperCrew 5'5" bed and after several hours of looking and only finding 6'6" sized rail caps, I cant find any aftermarket caps for my sized bed. Is my only option OEM to replace my caps?
