Which is probably already included in the price of the Buick the OP was talking about. I would assume 2014's will likely have it, at least the higher trim packages.

They have the option of yearly or monthly... It most absolutely not free... I believe we pay 18... There's 2 plans 18 and 35 I believe

I understand there's a fee for onstar, what I'm saying is the phone app and what the phone app does is free, yes you have to have a paid subscription to onstar but onstar remote link is free
