Thumbs up who uses a throttle body spacer.

i want to get the power-aid throttle body spacer and im not sure if its hard to install or not? And i would also like to know if you get a difference in gas mileage and performance, and also do will they void the warranty on the truck.

Don't waste your money bud. Spacers won't add any power or mpg savings, they just cost you money too add a odd whistling sound.

Save your money buy some thing that is proven beyond a doubt. For complete combustion you need 3T's +air (Time, Temp, Turbulance) The temp, time and air you have no control over so all it is turbulance and swirling the air at the throttle body and then expecting it to travel all the way to motor is a far fetched thought.
Hoax.

You are better off getting a custom tune for your truck that matches your altitude, configuration and driving style. The factory tunes tend to be conservative and can not accommodate all the specifics of your situation

They're loud and annoying and do nothing more then whistle most of the time. If they save any fuel mileage, it's so little they're not worth the trouble.

I have not heard of anyone have success with a throttle body spacer.

Instead, I'd take the cash and consider a K&N system, custom tunes, or other proven items. Leave the throttle body spacers and the "fuel efficiency" pills for the late night screaming salespeople to hawk.
