Who Trashed My Raptor?!?!

So I was coming home from work today and found out someone trashed my Raptor.. Well it wasn't exactly mine but since im an avid tax payer i guess I consider it partly mine. Anyhow, thought I'd share with my buddies here. :) enjoy...

Yes, the US Border Patrol has a whole fleet of brand new Raptors to joy ride around in. I ain't hatin though. I think they made a fine choice. :)

Love seeing the government spending more on a truck than I can afford. That said, I work for the feds and get to see it everyday.

ironic.. being that our government owns most of Detroit one would think that maybe GM or dodge would be used for one of their patrol trucks...;)

It's a tool used for a purpose. The government spends a lot on firetrucks, too. And the Border Patrol has lots of good tools, like helicopters to aid in their job

Yes, the border patrol needs tools to accomplish its mission and I'd much rather them be in a $50,000 Raptor than a $100,000+ Humvee, but the fact is that the government is in a dedicit and at my branch we are continuosly downgrading equipment so its odd to see them buying a "fleet of raptors" when a regular f150 would probably suffice.

Enough griping though. I want to see them running the trails with these at 100 lol

I'm wondering if the tires were shot in the roll over, so they through a set of chevy rims with some tires on it, just to move it onto the transport.

They probably have lots laying around as the rims/tires probably last longer than the truck they came on. :jester:
