Default Who is running 35" Tires on a 2010 SCrew 4x4?

Guys, I am looking for some new tires and rims and would like to go with 35" tires and 20" rims. Here are my questions: Is leveling enough (2.5")? will they rub? do I need to lift? what offset? anything else I am missing?

If anyone has any pictures, and what you did or had to do to get them to work. Any and all suggestions welcome.

I went with a six inch pro comp lift. The wheels are 20x9 Kmc Xd Addict with a -12mm offset. Tires are 35 12.50 Toyos, Stance is wider than stock. If you want to keep the stock stance i believe the offset is 18mm. But you might have issues with the tires rubbing when you turn. I did have to trim the lower front bumper lip but it was only about a half inch by three inch long chunk to get the tires to clear. As far as clearing 35's with just a level kit i dont know if it is possible.

Perfectly possible on 18's, don't see why it can't be done on 20's. Currently running 2.5" front AS level w/ 3" block in the rear. Wheels are 18x9 with a 285/75-18 tire with overall diameter of 35.1". Backspacing on the wheel is 6.38".

Have no rubbing issues lock to lock. Take your time and do your research and you can make them fit. Hope this helps.

I agree with Jesta. I'm looking at a Truxxx lift/level kit and they told me I can fit 35's with no issues. You just have to stay close to the stock wheel parameters. I have the stock 20's but will be going with Mickey Thompson 17's and BF AT's for a meatier aggressive look.

I'm running 305/55/20 nitto terra grapplers. I had no rubbing issues, even without any lift. I ended up going with 2" leveling kit and 3" blocks in the back. The tires are great! hardly any road noise , but yet aggressive look.

The terra grapplers was one of the tires I was looking at. Which leveling kit did you go with?

Check this truck out. I talked with this guy yesterday and he said that he had only done the 2.5 leveling kit with no block in the rear. He said that the only rub that he had was on the frame (not the a-arms, inner fenders, or bumpers), and he said that it was only at full turn. I really don't know, but it sure looks good. If you look at the pictures right, the truck is running Toyo MT's, 35-12.50-20's on the factory Platinum wheels.

I also cleared these wheels, without a leveling kit, but I'm not gonna lie.... NO ROOM FOR TRAVEL... and I had the mudflaps off.

ya no rubbing if he drives in a straight line on perfectly flat roads. thos tires are way to big for that lift
