1) Any reason why a 5-1/2' bed would be a bad decision?

2) Should I upgrade to the 3.73 Electronic Rear Axle from the 3.55 if I am not towing more than a pop-up camper or a smaller trailer?

3) Spray-In Bed Liner: 3rd party or factory?

4) Anyone have the Interior Light Kit? Do you really like it or not worth the money?

Thanks
According the fleet manager at my dealership, the Ford liner is sprayed in with the bed on the truck, they do not remove or cover any fasteners or plugs. The Local LineX place removes all the fasteners and plugs, sprays the bed, and then replaces them. That way if you ever have to take a fastener/plug out, you do not have to cut into the bed liner to do so.

I've seen the spray in bedliner and you are absolutely correct. But I've owned trucks for 40 years and can't think of one time I needed to remove a plug or fastener so I ordered my new truck with the spray in bed liner.

I thought the custom order (1000) would be higher than that. That is why I asked the question.

Just got back from a week in the Caribbean, and never thought about the new truck once. When we got back, I was hoping to find a voicemail or email about a VIN. And guess what!!!!!....... Still no VIN. I called my salesman and he said he asked about it last week and was told there was still no new news, but would check again the beginning of next week.

Have 2013 Lariat ordered. Ordered two weeks ago. Have vin and eta of 10-18. Hope this proves to be true. This one is to replace current truck damaged by dealer.

You can throw my name in the mix to mess your count up for the amigos.

That makes me even more happier. Especially since I ordered mine almost 8 weeks ago. Makes perfect sense to me.
