Who ordered their 2013 F150 Ecoboost!?

I was hoping to get some response to my post below, so I am going to try my questions one more time:
1) Any reason why a 5-1/2' bed would be a bad decision?
2) Should I upgrade to the 3.73 Electronic Rear Axle from the 3.55 if I am not towing more than a pop-up camper or a smaller trailer?
3) Spray-In Bed Liner: 3rd party or factory?
4) Anyone have the Interior Light Kit? Do you really like it or not worth the money?
Thanks

I'm going to try and answer your questions based on a few years of reading these forums. I do not yet own an F-150, so take it with a grain of salt.
1.) Some say that they couldn't live with a bed shorter than 6.5 for hauling certain items (especially dirt bikes, atvs, lots of lumber, etc). Other like the look of the 5.5 and the ease of operating the shorter wheelbase in parking lots, etc. Also, the 5.5 would be better in extreme off-raoding conditions.
2.) If you are going with the Ecoboost, i think the 3.55 should be fine. The 3.55 in an ecoboost is rated up around 9700lbs, if i remember correctly.
3.) The factory spray in is done by Toff Liners, you can look them up, but their definitely not as well known as Line-X. However, Toff does have a liftetime warranty like Line-X. I'd say go with the Toff if you want the convenience of having the bed already sprayed when you pick your truck up and having the cost rolled into your monthly payment. Line-X is considered the best, though.
4.) I have not seen many on the forums who have added the interior lighting kit. The Platinum trim has the interior lighting standard, however i have read it is a much better version than the stand alone kit.
Hopefully that helps a bit.

Navigation - I know i will be getting it in my future truck, the integration with my ford touch will be nice and not having to fumble with your phone is an added benefit. You are already getting that nice big 8" screen, so why not put it to full use?
Cost of bed liners - Most people on the forum pay around $400 for Line-X standard ($500 for the Line-X Xtra with color matching), so the ford factory pricing is right in line with that (after the x-plan discount).

Adding on from some of the other questions in your original post.

All,
I plan to order my 2013 F-150 FX4 SuperCrew in the next few days, but could use a few opinions. I apologize if some of this stuff has already been discussed in this thread, but it has been a busy week and I don't have the time right now to sort threw all the pages. Here is what I am thinking of getting (I put ? next to options I am considering):
- 5-1/2' bed (don't do construction, just want a place to throw camping gear, my mountain and road bike, ocassional trips to Home Depot for lumber, etc.)
So any reason why I should not do a 5.5' bed and should stick with a 6.5' bed. Like I said, I am not a contractor or using this truck like that. I figure a 5.5' bed would be good enough to meet my needs and be a little easier to park.
At the dealership they have a hard top folding tonneau cover? I don't see this as an option on the "Build Your F-150" website though. Better to get that through Ford or 3rd party. Anyone have pros/cons for tonneau cover vs. cap?
Thanks in advance for all of your help. I can't wait to get this truck and finally get rid of my 12 year old POS.

So far the 5.5' bed has been good for my limited hauling needs.

Twin Turbo, got any idea what the number of trucks/day they can put out? I had a number I thought it was (from reading or whatever) but I don't want to say it because it sounds stupid large.
