I do not have a pricing guide.My previous post was only my opine, that the dealers do have this pricing info.
And as for the (recent) op, don't get up-tight with folks who are only trying to assist you here.
The problem (it appears) is with your dealer! If he won't assist you, find a new dealer, there are a jillion Ford dealers.
