I was wanting to know who has high miles on their ecoboost. What maintenance they are doing and if any problems have sufaced?
I currently have 7000 miles on mine and haven't had one bit of trouble (knock on wood).

I am asking on Ecoboost only as they all have common transmissions/driveshafts/third members/bodies/bumpers/interiors/etc...

I had the highest on this site for a bit but I can't imagine I do anymore at 30k miles. All I've done is an alternator which wasn't needed, I had installed a 2 way radio and left it on, my battery saver kept coming on. The radio was draining the battery enough to keep it like that, when they tested the alternator it didn't meet spec. I'm thinking they never would.

You have the highest mileaged ecoboost on this site...just can't believe nobody else has an ecoboost with any miles on them.

OR they all have lots of miles on them and no problems to report...yea, that's it!

I have put 21000 on my ecoboost in 9 months. Mine has 2 problems. The first one may just be the nature of these new 6 speeds. I get the occasional clunky/not so smooth shift. This seems to have gotten better and I had the 1-2 shift tsb done last week so hopefully this is the last of that. I also have the 6th gear 55-60 mph "misfire" issue which seems to be a fairly widespread problem. Other than those two things the truck is great. By the way it's a 5.5 screw fx4.

Just about to click over 10k on mine in less than 6 months of ownership. Not a single issue yet and have no reason to believe anything will happen.

Leaving this Friday for a cross country trip to San Diego and will put over 3k miles on it in the next 2 weeks so we'll see how it really does in all sorts of temperatures and elevations.
