Default Who had their rear power slide window replaced?

Just had mine done due to the rear defroster not working.

But why I am asking is, have any of you noticed any difference in the tint?

Maybe its just me, but the tint looks lighter or bluer. Maybe its just me thinking its different....dunno????

Anybody else see any difference or is it all in my head???

Maybe some before and after pics???

I should have done that, but I didn't think there would be any difference.

Thanx..

Like I said in my original post, maybe its just me. But it looks different for some reason. Just can't seen to put my finger on it.

Yep, it is definitely a Carlite part. But I followed my wife home, she was driving the truck, and the rear window looked a little clearer.

Just thinking if the tint in car paint can vary from year to year, then why can't a window tint?

Sorry to jump on here. I just had an issue with mine except it's not the defroster. The track snapped at the spot where the cable hooks to it. I can't seem to find any parts for this online. Anyone know a place where I can get a diagram and order the part, or is it all on piece, meaning i have to buy everything? I do have the ESP, but i also have a deductible and i'm guessing that plastic track is really cheap.
Thanks,
