Hey all,

I've got a white 2014 XLT (chrome bumpers + grill), looks like this:



This winter I bought a 2" front level + 2.5" rear block which I'll install when/if it ever warms up. I've been thinking that the stock wheels will look too small and started shopping for tires, which lead me to a semi-local tire shop having a sale on Mamba wheels. I've narrowed it down to 2 different sets of 18" wheels, which I'll very likely pair with 275/70/18 BFG KO2s with white lettering out.

Option #1 - silver



Option #2 - black



I can't actually see the wheels in person since the shop is 5 hours away (free shipping this weekend!), and I'm terribly indecisive and would like to hear your opinions, so fire away

How about gunmetal?? I would go that or black.

I like the silver/polished/machined wheels. I think that finish would flow very well on a white truck with your chrome.
If you want, take a look in my album. I had just the same size tire and level kit, and the same chrome package wheels as yourself for awhile on mine.

With a white truck it will look good either way. With the black mirrors and the door handles with black inserts I think they will stand out more and look nice with the black rims. I always think a nice darker set of rims on a light colour vehicle looks really sharp!

IMO black looks more clean, I've owned 2 09-14 f150s (silver/gold) and I've always gone with black and haven't looked back. I think white and black go better together than white and chrome

I know you asked between White or Black, but you might consider Anthracite as well.

IMO it goes better with the White.
