Because dealing with them SUCKS. Why not let him figure it out by our help/advice and save him the hassle and frustration of going to a dealership?

Why are you commenting when you have nothing to add?

You act like a dic when you ask for advice

I always fill mine when it's between half and one fourth full. Mainly because the fuel pump is in the gas tank and it will last longer if you don't expose it to air and condensation.

Lol, wow. I didn't do anything. We are all trying to help him out and let him know what tank size he has so don't be a "dic"

I found that when mine says 20 miles left, I literally only have about 20 miles left...I put 34.8 gallons in when I had 20 miles left on the screen.

Mine is a '13 FX4 ecoboost and says around 600 mile range when I fill up.

My 2013 EB has the 26 gal tank. The mte will read anywhere between 445 all the way up to 595 a few times depending on what my current driving style is. It took about half dozen fill ups to get accurate. It's so accurate now I will know how many gallons it'll take to fill it by what the mte reads.

Just got back from a trip to Las Vegas from San Diego. Pulled my 10' flat bed trailer to pick up several seats for business. 520 miles round trip. Still on the original fill up at home and the dte says 120 to empty. 24mpg avg.

Love the truck.

Ok! These claims are why people get so upset about why they don't get that milage! I'm really curious as to your set up that 640 miles on a tank at 24 mpgs towing? I know it's flat but.......
