Can't get an FX4 in 4x2. That's what the FX2 is for.

Thanks for the responses all. I'll continue to keep a close eye on it. Maybe it's just coincidental that it read empty and only took 25.8 gallons. Seems hard to believe there was still 10gal floating around in the baffles somewhere, but I agree 1-tank isn't enough to go on. I need more data...

I have a '13 EB with 36G tank...the fuel gauge is ultra conservative, ie. empty is not empty. I've never put more than 33 gallons in it because I don't have the ***** to watch the fuel gauge drop below empty. So that's a possibility.

Most fuel gauges in all cars are conservative. You should almost always be able to hit a gas station in time if the light comes on right after you just passed another.

Indeed. Lol, I've ran mine so low I've squeezed in 35.2 gallons on a fill up

why not just go by the dealer and tell them the truck has the wrong tank in it and make them prove its correct.

Most I've put in was 34.9 so you got me best! I take it down to 0 on DTE everytime
Pretty much but then start looking for a gas station soon after
