Thanks guys, the grille is a nice upgrade. It's just as flashy but I like that it's broken up with mesh and not as much chromed flat areas.


Anybody have experience with the factory fender flares and body color grilles? Can they be ordered from Ford painted and will they match? I've thought about doing the fender flares but worry about the candy red not matching up. This color seems to change drastically in different lighting conditions.

Most PTM parts are primed, not painted when you order them. You could ask Tasca but I believe that's how most are shipped.

I'm having hard enough time putting a Lariat grill on my XLT. The '13 looks great but I think that's crossing the line. JMO tho.

I really Like my Grille, its one of the reasons why I liked the truck.

I didn't like the mesh or bolted on look, for me they looked cheap and i didn't really care for alot of the after market grilles out there, this 6 Bar Grille seems Mordern and yet stylish.

The Mesh look reminds me of a grate on a Burning Barrel at our shop, as to why I don't like the Mesh look

I added the Chrome Bug Skin as well and they both look Great but Its only my taste that counts on this, as its my Truck.......lol.....but seriously I think it add's to the XTR Chrome package and makes the Truck PoP!@

I don't think you can go wrong with the Lariat or 6 bar XLT grille. If you have the 3 bar like me, then either way would be a good upgrade

I don't mind the Lariat Grille, if the mesh is painted black but having it all chrome Im not a fan of......but thats just my taste
