I've still yet to see sticker prices drastically vary from location. When I was in the market, I found similarly/identical trucks as the one I have now from around the country. All seemed to be with $500 or so of each other when it came to the msrp on the sticker.

Mine had to do with both the Ford discounts, costco discounts, negotiations and the fact mine had 800km on it as it was used for Demo's and they wanted it gone.

$66.7k I paid just shy of $52. there was a $9800 ford discount and a $1000 Costco membership deal going on at that time. The remaining amount off was just the demo and negotiations. Other than the Ford deals, the rest is pretty normal I think. Just bought at the right time of the year.
