I think if he went with the taller 275/75/18's he would enjoy them more than a 295/65/18 as you are going taller and wider. Which will also be heavier than stock. Also your breaking distance will increase.
To the op it will look good with the bigger tires, just dont start a thread after purchasing new shoes and wonder why your truck gas mileage sucks and your truck feals sluggish

Thanks every one for the responses. I was just told by people that the tires may wear weird if they are put on a wider rim then recommended.
I know there will be MPG drops but I was more worried about a huge drop in power over stock.
And my truck came stock with 255/65/17 with the stock rims

Those have to be 4x4 numbers cause my FX2 with 18's is like barely a 30" if I remember correctly
