Default whats the best way to take this out

So I go to my truck and looks like some one hit the side of my bumper there was some paint there but I was able to wipe it off but this was left what can/should I use to take this out

I use a metal polish in my case i always use blue magic ( also use it to shine yellow oxidizing headlights) then use a paint polishing compound and wax it

What I have done in the past is use very, very soapy water and a dollar general scrubbing pad (soft abrasive).

Not promising you may not get light scratches but it shouldn't be nothing a good a buff won't get out.

I know this feeling. I not only had a vehicle to this but they also decided to rub the shopping cart along the side as well.

Pick up some scratch remover like Meguires 2x or a 3M product at your local O'Reilly's Auto Zone, etc.

Thanks for all the replies I actually had some goo gone in my truck and it took the stuff right off
