What's the best SIRIUS deal you've been offered recently?

Interesting your stories. I traded in my '09 for the '11 and when I called 2 or 3 wks later to transfer the credit for paid services on the '09 they told me they don't transfer credits, they'd have to issue a refund. However, I couldn't get a refund because the radio was re-activated in someone else's name (the new owner). The account no longer belonged to me so I didn't qualify for the refund. WHAT? I ended up threatening to get really loud ... they ultimately just sent me a refund check.

I had canceled once for almost the exact reason as you, they wouldn't transfer remaining time to another device. (First of all, that is ridiculous in and of itself) So they said they would send me a refund for X amount, like weeks later I finally got the check but it was for like half what they said it would be.
I had to call back and they were giving me some of the lamest BS I've ever heard about why they changed the amount they were supposed to give me. The guy put me on hold several times, one of which was literally in excess of 30 minutes. I got extremely irate with them. I was pretty sure they were just hoping I would hang up during that 30 minute hold, but finally when he came back he said they would send the remaining amount and put me on hold again!! Anyway, there was no way I was hanging up now, so he finally came back and gave me the correct amount and said the check would be in the mail.

Offered me 88 bucks for both vehichles for 12 months. Now i have been threw this before, as i have renewed.....sorry they screwed me in the past by auto renewing on my credit card. I have had $114 and as high as $194 for 1 year on 1 car......ouch that is expensive.....

It finally did come. Someone should not have to jump through the hoops I had to in order to get a refund though.
I've got the trial on my new truck I just got last week, still don't know if I'll renew when the time comes. I may if I can pre-pay 1 or 2 years at a rate of $5/month. That'd only be $120 for 2 years.
Practically the only thing I listen to is Stern, and I've heard that from a LOT of people. When that man retires, Sirius is going to be hurting big time.
Someone else mentioned sound quality. For music it really is bad. I don't ever remember noticing it as much as I have in the past week since getting the new truck.
