I was all good like that, then I disconnected the battery for something and lost my free music

When I got the same response, I asked them to cancel my subscription, and they transferred me to a different operator, and *that* operator was able to offer me the 6 month for $24.99 (plus taxes and royalties) rate. The first operator wasn't going to do it, and I was ready to cancel.

I'm surprised they didn't at least make you some kind of counter offer ...

Only 3 days since I cancelled my subscription and I get an email today offering me the same $24.99 for six months I offered to pay them before canceling to come back. Go figure. I haven't really missed it, so maybe I'll call them and tell them that and see if they can do any better.

I doubt they'll do better than $24.99 for 6. That seems to be the best of the best, below that they'll part ways with you as a customer.

Just renewed at $24.99/6 months. You have to threaten 2-3 times on the phone to get this rate. My total was $27.90 with tax and misc.

Number I use is 1-866-635-2349.

That's the number my special offer says you have to call to cancel. To get the special offer it says to call 866-298-2461 which is different yet from the advocacy team number posted earlier. No wonder they're confused.

Yup, that was the best they would do. They said they didn't have a 12 month promo, and couldn't give me back-to-back 6 month offers at the same time.
