I have to pay for voice stuff too. Even on our family plan we get the least amount of minutes and could stand to pay for much less. ATT is the best provider in this area and I get stuck with their crappy plans. I couldn't tell you the details other than I am constantly griping to swap voice I don't use for more data I can use out in the field. Oh well...

I supposedly have or had that... BUT att still throttles my service speed at 10GB.. Soo much for that grandfathered lifetime plan you get to keep as long as you don't change your plan. I have a sneaky suspicion it was never unlimited.

Just paid $79.00 for a year which I thought was good. I always call and tell them to pull the plug, then they talk. I never really listen to it but it's there if I want.

Have you done the free two month promo? It can be done over and over again. I've done it on the wife's truck twice so far. A bit of a pain but only takes 2 minutes to restart the free trial. Originally found on RedFlagDeals but here is the jist.

Default HOT !!! Free 2 months sirius USA radio ! work great in canada / no cc required !
Deal Link: https://care.siriusxm.com/preownedve...al_view.action
Price: FREE
Savings: 100% OFF
Expiry: Unknown Report Expired Deal
You just have to register with your integrated car radio ESN number. Don't select any plan and enter any random us address. There's no need for a credit card if you don't activate auto renew during registration.

Don't worry if you car radio was active in the past 12 month, Sirius US seem to don't know about Canadian sirius activation.

I just activated mine on a Ford Escape 2011.

UPDATE 1: You need to cancel it before the 2 month expiration via online chat or by phone. I think they will send real bill to the "random us adress"

UPDATE 2: Seem to work for a infinite time... you just have to re-subscribe

UPDATE 3: Re-did it another time... Used Live Chat to be sure that it will not send a bill to the hotel. You need to choose Trial Subscription in the Subject Field to talk to a rep. Its strange that the ladies at live chat told me that my account will not renew by default. The first time i needed to cancel by live chat.

UPDATE 4: lucky0810 found a workaround of re-activating on the same account.

Step 1. Go to the website, type in your Radio ID, Type in the same postal code, BUT a different last name
Step 2. Should come up as an eligible radio if followed step 1.
Step 3. Click on Create a New Account
Step 4. Now on the top right corner, click "My account" from the drop down, log in to your account
Step 5. Under your existing radio ID, select Activate subscription
Step 6. Under subscription options, you will now see "Activate my complimentary trial"
Step 7. Select that option and continue on with your 2 month trial.

Hope that helps.

I just signed up for my second six months at $27.00 and got a paper statement sent to my home. It appears that you have opt to cancel before they will discuss any deals. If the price ever goes any higher I really will have to cancel. The best FM station in the US, KEXP (KEXP.ORG) is local for me

The only thing more regulated here in Canuckistan than firearms is tele-communications. Cell phone bills are absolutely insane, but tha'ts what happens when you only have 3 carriers and the gov't won't allow anymore

I always go buy a prepaid credit card to put the charge on. Then they can't auto renew my debit card.

2 can play at their game...
