I'm on the phone with them right now. They sent me a nasty-gram saying that my $304.29 "auto renew" didn't go through on my credit card and they want their money. I never authorized such a thing, and specifically told them I wasn't interested in an auto-renew arrangement when I bought my two year contract.

Thanks in advance for this information...........

I have had Sirius for about ten years. So they should know who I am.

I called them to combine my existing account with the new truck's radio. They basically gave me a credit for the months remaining on my year from the radio out of my trade in. It took a lot of effort to get to that point.

I swear they are a bunch of idiots. I had to explain three times to the man that I did not need the old radio anymore as I had no vehicle to put it in. He kept trying to sell me service for it. Seeming to not comprehend what I was telling him. I near hung up. It is disheartening.

Now they keep mailing offers at lower rates to reactivate it. The last one was 6.95 a month for six months. payable up front. For a radio I threw in the trash.

When my free six months are up it will be interesting about the credit I have coming and the pain in the *** that all will be.
