Why do so many of you have issues with eating in a truck? I have a buddy this way, and I don't get it. What is the purpose of this rule?

When you get out of my truck, do NOT slide out. Lift over the side bolsters as you're getting out.

Close the door by using the handle and not the plastic trim piece by the window.

For me and my truck, that only applies to children, and maybe everyone when children are present so it doesn't seem as unfair as it really is. I just hate cleaning up food and candy wrappers and gunk and bugs so the kiddies do not eat in the back seat.

Now, two adults in the front that's a different story but I don't do like the whole fast food meal thing, we stop and let those that want to pollute their bodies do that at a table.

Basically a drink and a pack of crackers while on the road is fine for us adults. Kids can wait until we stop

1. No feet on the dash
2. No smoking, ever.
3. Rarely allow food. Must be on crumb patrol like a ****
4. I will be parking where the least amount of civilization is at any parking lot. Bring your sneakers.

That's a BIG one with me as well. I let my wife out at the store/restaurant, then park the truck, either one of them. She might not like it, but I've an '04 Ranger with zero lot dings on it.

Wow! People are too uptight. I have a nice truck but I bought it to be comfortable while using it. Black leather was a must so it would be easy to clean up after the dog that wanders all over the cab. I wont allow smoking or leaning things against the body, but thats about it for rules. These things are expensive, I take great care of it but I'm not afraid to use it.

I think uptight is right. It's so much more enjoyable to take care of a vehicle, but still be able to use it.

Agreed, use it all you want, but you don't have to abuse it.

I certainly don't abuse it, but I'm definitely not afraid to use it. I have it washed regularly, and I detail the inside quite often. The way I see it, If I am going to clean the inside weekly I might as well have smudges and fingerprints to wipe off.

No Smoking. (ex smoker but I have never smoked in my vehicles)
No food of any kind. No exceptions.
No feet on dash.
If my wife is ridding with us, she sits upfront. I don't care how big you are, we have huge backseats. She helped me pay for the truck, shes not ridding in the back.
Muddy boots stay on the rubber mats.
I will kill you if you ever put armor-all in my truck
All your **** goes in the bed. Thats why I got a bed cover.

I have no problem getting my truck muddy as all hell. It happens a lot while fishing and hunting. However i still take pride in my vehicles and like ridding around in a very clean nice truck.
