Who actually has 4.10 gears with 35s?
I have a 2011 5.0 with a 6" lift ,35s, and 3.55 gears. I mainly drive on the highway and country roads. I don't have a lead foot; I don't tow much, but I plan on getting a mid size camper. I've been doing my research and it seems that 4.10s is what I want just to get back to stock power. I understand the argument for 4.56s it seems to much for me. If you actually have 4.10s and 35s please give me your thoughts on them. Especially MPG, performance, and towing. Thank you!

I've done the 4.56's and 35's. For most of my driving I like it, but on the interstate it's overkill and the mileage takes a considerable hit. Also, 4.56 (and lower) are more prone to whine due to the gear tooth angles getting steep. In your scenario, I'd get 4.10's without hesitation. You're going to love the improved driveability, and I don't think you'll see any degraded fuel economy. That already happened with the lift and tires.

4.10 is probably better for a daily driver. It would be nice if a 4.38 existed for us.
As you know, my tires are 34.5" and I get 15.8 mph average with my Yukon 4.11s. I do like to step on it every once I a while to hear my exhaust roar.
Find a reputable 4x4 or Jeep shop that does fear seals daily. Your dealer won't do it or will change $4000+ to scare you away. Expect to pay around $1000 for each diff.

Cheaper/easier/faster to just get a custom tune. I run 35's with a 3.31 gear and have no trouble pulling my 16' boat. Fuel economy expectations from any truck is pointless.

Tune won't hold 6th gear longer either. Especially on any kind of incline. But it is sure worth getting first, since you'll need an update to it anyway after a gear change.

4.10 vs 4.56 is a tough call. I'm leaning 4.10 due to the deep 1st and 2nd gears in the 6 speed. With the 4 speed in my '05 the 4.56's were an easy choice. I just wish one of the major makers would crank out a set of 4.30's. Another bonus point for the 4.10 in this case is the speedo will be just about right without a tuner. Just a thought....
