No smoking. I will eat in the truck if I have to but the kids have to wait until a rest stop. No feet on my dash except for my wife, and her are shoes off.

My rules were pretty simple in my old pickup 2003 F150. No smoking, clean your *** before you sit down, buckle up, don't touch my radio, my dog is as valuable as you, she has her seat you have yours, problem with that get another ride. My new 13 FX4 comes in next week, so there will probably be more rules. Including: Don't touch anything and wear the supplied slippers!

Yup. Same here, 'cept no kiddos yet. I'm sure they'll be little mess-makers, so I'll probably re-use the seat cover that we bought for our dog (well, to protect the leather from the dog), and clean it out as necessary.

My girlfriend likes to belly ache about me spending money to do things to my truck. I just tell her that I have saved for close to six years to get a truck so I can do what I want to it.

At least you know what you're getting, if you marry her.

Right after I married mine, she quit drinking, smoking, and stopped listening like she did when we were dating. Then she made me quit smoking... Etc., etc.

Anyway, still married after 16 years. She kids when her back gives her trouble that it's time to trade get in for a newer model. I tell her no way, after 16 years, you still aren't trained right, no way I'm starting from scratch again!
