I voted the Blue Jeans because it is a new color and the only trucks a I found out here were all 6 cylinders so I bought a Sterling Gray model because it had the options, or lack of that I wanted.
I gotta say that Ruby Red kicks *** but I drive a little to aggressive to own a cop magnet.

Same here, originally the dealer ad online said the truck was Vermilion Red, I wasn't even looking for a red truck, wanted a blue one and an extended cab but not the four full size doors. When I went down and walked the lot that ruby red popped like nothing else on the lot so it was a nice surprise and once I drove her it was a done deal.

Old wives tale, insurance being higher for a red vehicle is also a fallacy. I have been and probably always will be friends with several different LEO's and they all laugh when asked about stereotypes of such.

Color don't mean jack to them, extra dark window tint tends to send flags up how ever.

Also if you have rims taller than the car they are bolted to with a loud speaker under the hood to blare what ever it is you think is entertaining music that EVERYONE within two blocks needs to hear, then yeah that will get their attention.
