Should be a letter followed by a number. Letter ranging from A to M indicating month of year, and 1-5 indicating week of month.
That's as specific as it gets until a VIN is assigned.

Anybody with an XLT that has a VIN and / or production date? Are they scheduling XLT's? Or do those start later (lower profit margin?)???
My order was submitted on Oct-18, and it is still in "unscheduled - clean" status.

Finally got my window sticker and VIN. Mine is an XLT build date of 10/25, dealer has no idea when it will be there. Next week will be a month from build date, I have to think that it will be here soon, just not sure why no one knows.

I ordered a FX4 with all the bells and whistles. I got a price of $44,473. And they are telling me it will prolly get there at the end of December early January. But nothing set in stone.

Would you mind posting the VIN?
I am starting to get a bit inpatient here. 4 weeks and no news at all. I thought I'd be getting close to delivery by now. (6-8 weeks?)
