It looks like they will start building them this week in the Kansas plant as well:

(this is not my order)

I don't have a VIN yet, or a build date. Mine is in "unscheduled - clean" status.
Does anybody else have an order out with HD payload & max tow?

I placed my order on 9/3 w/dealer. Have a fleet # so I can check show build week as L2 (11/14) and arrival at dealer week of 11/21. Order has shown the VIN for the last two weeks. Lariat, Screw, 3.5, 3.55E-lock, Buckets, Nav, Black/Black, Running Boards, 20" 6 spoke, Trailer brake, Rubber Mats, Sunroof, Lariat Plus. Replaces my 09' Lariat. We have one other eco in our fleet and is a great combo of empty mileage vs tow power. Lot's of people bitchn' about the tow mileage but in line with other motors that are of Lesser hp and torque. At the end of the day if my driver can get one more delivery done because of extra torque and hp then it helps our bottom line.

My wife has a 09 LTZ Suburban and for all of you Chevy lovers even with the 5.3 it isn't half the tow motor as even the 5.4. Slower and much much more fuel consumption. Plus the interior storage space and back seat room don't even compare. The seat back pockets on the Chevy are worthless as you can't even get a remote for the DVD to go in. On the plus side the blindspot system is the bomb for changing lanes. Tom.

Are you guys that placed orders for 12's getting any rebates? Just curious how that worked between model years. Just can't see ordering one now if I can get say $2,000 off come January.

The only thing I saw on ford's website showed $500 cash but I think you had to finance thru ford for that. At least for one month and then you could pay it off or refinance thru someone else. I also requested a brochure on their website and got a "coupon" for $750 off good thru 1/9/12. Hopefully my truck shows up before that.

I doubt mine will be here before January, so I hope to get some rebates. I also have the feeling that there may be rebates in December.

crashcarruthers, what did you order (engine, trim, packages, etc) if you don't mind?

I think it will take a little while, good progress though. What did you order and when did you place the order?
