Well... the tall antena is ugly at best but it saved my cab once. I went in an underground parking that was supposed to have enough clearance but it didn't.

That was my antena that touched the celling first. Since I was going very slowly I had time to stop before the cab took the hit. Since then I decided I didn't want a short rubber antena ;-)

Other that the hard 1-2 2-3 shifting, I can't really think of anything. Personally, coming from a Nissan, I find the gaz mileage pretty good on my EBScrew LWB even with 3.73 rear end..

The most awful, terrible thing I don't like about my 2012 F-150 is that the NAV map it came with is at least 5 years out of date. There is no update available, but if there were, it would cost $150 - $200. Combined with not being able to enter GPS coordinates for a destination, the NAV system is pretty much useless, unless you are looking for national historical sites.

Otherwise, it's a WONDERFUL vehicle. High quality, quiet, comfortable, efficient and a joy to drive.

I just wish my 5.4 would throttle up during normal acceleration a bit smoother. It speeds up as if I'm moving the gad pedal in and out. Kind of like a slow surge. Don't know where it comes from. The ECU, engine, transmission, or all that drive shaft stuff we all talk about. Any ideas?

How about a better warranty like a 5 year 60 b to b. and a 10 100000 power train that to me would really show that ford believes in its product and what a good way to slap the others in the face.

There is a Nav Map update that just came out this month (April). And it is $200.

I don't like that smelly smell that smells smelly when you get a new truck.

If I could afford a new truck every 3 months I would do it just for the smelly smell ;-)

Do you mean the burning engine smell or the glorious new car smell?

-I find the wheel hop to be horrendous and will be installing a set of Caltracs traction bars soon.

-I preferred the cupholders pulling out of the dash on my 2005 to the new ones that are either down way low on the floor, or right in the way in the center armrest.

-overly tall for a 2wd street truck. This applies to every truck manufactured for the last 10-15 years.
