2013 Ford Explorer sport tuxedo black. Was real close to that or my 2013 fx4. I'm more a truck man than a sub but I love the Explorer sports

Didn't really have a 2nd choice for a 1/2 ton. My other option was going to be an SUV (either a Range Rover or a BMW X5)...glad I went with the truck, always handy to have a pick-up.

I've owned '99, '02, '03 and '04 Dodge rams. It was my intention to buy another Ram but I was about $4000 less OTD on the FX4 with a higher MSRP than I was on the Ram (with the trade-in at the same).

I don't necessarily have a loyalty to any manufacturer. I think all have plus and minus points. I haven't had the F150 long enough to say it blows away the rams but I like it.

When I purchased my truck (2012) I also considered the tundra but no 6.5' bed with the crew cab and low payload turned me away. I also considered the 2500 gmc but the low mpg was not for me.

I had also considered getting a new 4runner and just a beater pickup. As much as I like my F150, I still may do this.

Tundra, 14's look like an F150 interior. Waiting to see new Titan in person the wacky front on the spy shots doesn't look good. 4 Ford's in anyone could have better quality build that Ford. I've never been a member of a forum where more people choose to trade because they cannot get service issues addressed correctly, even after multiple attempts.
