weird thing is they said there is a right and a left but i thought there is only one on a manual adjusting and there is two on a dual climate control system.

can anybody confirm that all have two actuators or not?
Do you happen to have the part number they replaced or the part name

it is same on none dual zones, tell your dealer what you need they will know exactly what your talking about, my dealer had a bunch in stock, other models have the same part. wonder why a dealer has a bunch of specialty parts like that on hand, do you guys think there is a problem with those.

Glad to hear you got it fixed and it was relatively simple. I think I remember people on escape forums saying they paid between $750-$800 to get it done because the amount of stuff that had to be removed to get to it. Good thing the F150s have a little more room to work with.
