Default Disconnected Wire

I have a new to me 2010 F-150 STX snooping around under the hood I found this wire Photo Attached can anyone help identify it for me

Can you tell what fuse it goes To? Looks like an add on?

That could just be a cap on the wire, it looks like heatshrink tubing with silicone.

Could that be the old fuel pump wire? Look inside the fuse box, is there a label saying the fuel pump fuse was moved?
