Fair enough. I just hate the sogginess of the bottom end with the 3.15s. My dodge had 3.55s and 1000ftlbs of torque, my car had 4.08s and nearly 400ftlbs of torque, and my 6.7 had 3.55s and 700ftlbs of torque. I like low gears and lots of torque HAHA.

2 early build '11 EB 4x4's , one with 3.55 and one with 3.73. According to fuelly there is a half a mile per gallon difference.

3.55s. Seem about right in the truck. Good balance between mileage and power.

Doesn't mean it can't whip a z06 or 2

Hard question to answer. Lots of variables. For these trucks I'd say a 3.73-4.10. I think much lower than that and you'd be in 6th gear to quick and that's really not an acceleration gear. I haven't put mine on a strip yet but I'd imagine you want it setup so you are in 4th gear as you cross the traps.

Really depends on where power is made (RPM range), tire height, etc... NA, turbo, supercharger?
