IMO I had the AS 2.5 kit and I am now changing over to the Adjustable Bilstein 5100's upfront. For about $220 you can get a pair of Adjustable Bilsteins and achieve the same lift in the front and just block the back. Much better for the truck to run the Billy's. If you need more info PM me.
As the title asks, What is the preferred choice for a leveling kit and how many inches?
I have a 2009 Plat Screw with the standard 20inch rims, I don't plan on getting bigger tires at this time. My main end goal is to just have the truck sit level.
If you are happy with your kit please share, happy with a vendor please share as well.
Thanks

My truck at stock ride height would be level when I had my racecar & trailer attached.
I went with a 2" on the front & it also is a little nose high (unloaded).
I had to flip my hitch to level my truck out with my racecar & trailer attached.
Noting/Reminder--lifting the front naturally pivots the A-arms (tire/rim) closer to the frame.
Switching both (upper & lower) A-arms together "extenze" the tire/rim back out. LoL

2.5" AS Leveling Kit with 3" block
Here are a couple pictures of my truck, I recently installed a 2.5" AS leveling kit on the front and 3" AS block in the rear. I have a slight rake but love the way it looks and rides. I have the stock 20's and tires on it for now, but plan to go a little bigger in the near future.

any kit should not void any warranty unless the dealer can determine that the aftermarket part caused the failure. For example if you blow your motor, they can't deny the warranty because you lifted the truck.
I put the 2.5" Fox coilovers with reservoirs on my 2013 when the truck had about 2000 miles on it. The ride on the stock tires was noticeably better.....once I put the 305/55 Nitto Trailgrapplers on, the ride now is about like stock. I will never do another lift without coilovers. Now I just need to get the rear suspension setup and some new UCA's.
