My mother is the same way...she just wanted something to get around and had zero speeding tickets with years and years of driving, then my dad bought her an S5 Convertible in the spring. Now she's got like, 3 speeding tickets and drives faster than I do...!

Not many considering I've owned it for 26 years. Most of my pics are from when I owned 2.

Actually, the V6 in this car is still pretty good. It's a little over 300 HP. For a six cylinder. This thing moves out pretty decent.

That's funny!

My wife has had no speeding tickets or accidents. I imagine she'll get a speeding ticket or two now. Just hoping she stays accident free.

I loved hearing my wife say, "I was just cruising on the interstate, then I looked down and saw I was doing 90! It didn't feel like 90!" (She has since adjusted the Heads Up Display so she can read it.)

I agree. That's definitely still a good bit of power out of that car. Hell, the '08 F150 I recently traded was a V8 with 300 hp. It's crazy what they can squeeze out of a V6 now. I know her car is definitely fast enough to get her in just a little trouble with police.

Nice cars! Not only did you have one, but you had two. WTF??? Lol! About 18 yrs ago I had an '81 Regal that we dropped a 350 chevy into. That sucker was fast. But, that car was sacrificed when I needed more space for the kids.

Oh yeah, I couldn't believe how much power it had when we test drove it. I wasn't expecting it considering the V6. I love driving it. It corners like it's on rails and it still turns a lot of heads. This generation Camaro is one the best cars GM has ever produced IMO.
