Default What are the must do maintenance 2009 5.4L?

Hey everyone. I bought a 2009 F150 screw with 5.4L Triton a couple weeks ago. It now has 78,000 miles on it, but it did not come with any maintenance records, other than a clean Carfax and a fresh oil change with 5W-20 from the dealer. It runs great, but what things do I need to check/change to make sure maintenance is up to date? Thanks in advance!

While Engine Displacement indicates 4.6L, should macht nichts ...

.
Also ... Maintenance information is in the owner's manual. Don't have one -OR- would like a digital, searchable desktop document?

I did plugs tonight. All went well. Some I took out, the gap was way too large. Seems to run stronger, but that may just be in my mind. Thanks! Anything else I should do?

amad - I'm not sure what you mean...

Meaning ... While the above chart indicates 4.6L, it would/could still apply to your 5.4L
