What is a good option to replace maybe just the front speakers possibly rears with? Would love to put some Bose speakers in it,dont really want to put a aftermarket tuner in and change factory look , just the factory sound.

I bought 4 infinity ref 6832s (unamped) but was not pleased. Where they better than stock? Yes, by far, but after a week I had one tweeter playing static at all volumes 90% of the time, even the sync voice at 40% was static.
I'll be honest, from the day I got them I usually ran then at 90%. Maybe they needed to be broken in, maybe I got a bad set.
So I gave up. I have 4 infinity kappa 6829s set to arrive tomorrow and a mb quartz amp set to arrive a few days later
I found the 2 pairs of kappas on amazon for 30 more than I payed for the 2 pairs of reference. ($150 compared to $120)
I will post up a solid review once I get the kappas in.
I'll say this about the references, everyone else says they are solid, I havnt seen any bad reviews on them, seems like I just had bad luck.

Anything is better than factory, but the amp in the truck is what is causing issues. I have replaced the speakers twice. The dealer has a new radio to install, but I get to buy the next set of speakers because the factory speakers aren't in there.
I guess the next step would be to put an amp in, but how can this be done with the stock radio?

Check out the PAC Audio web site. I think you're looking for the AOEM-FRD24 interface.

Here's a link to my thread on speaker upgrade:

I am powering off the factory HU and added Infinity 6832's and the Sound Ordnance B-8PT powered sub. I used the PAC AOEM-FRD24 to run RCA's and the remote wire to my powered sub. Everything works great and the sound improvement is fantastic. At this point I'm not planning on making any additional changes to the stereo.
