37k is a great price. I got my '12 lariat, dealer driven, 16k miles for around 25+a 2010 V6 mustang. 37k new is about as good as it can get I imagine- Before I got my deal, I nearly got suckered into paying 34k for a 2012 XLT.

Just picked up my 2013 Lariat, Eco, SCREW, 502a, 20" alloys and running boards for $37,248. Sticker was $48,248. Used the standard rebates and a few you can find around the forums. Did a lot of looking around and came across a very straight forward dealer who made a great deal on the truck.

Nice truck. I hate getting it under 40k and then they add that tax back!

$37k is pretty good. You might check the expiration dates on those rebates as they might be Memorial Day weekend specials. This coming weekend is one of the bigger car sale weekends of the year. Shop around as many dealers will probably be offering slightly different rebates and discounts, some of which not everybody qualify for. At least that's how things were in the Seattle area when I picked up my truck a few months ago. Don't forget, it's a vehicle, a very common one at that, and there will always be another good deal around the corner. Good luck!

I paid 29.9k out the door, tax, tag, title. Don't know if it's a fully loaded xlt but it has a lot more than I expected.

I just purchased an FX4. Msrp was 51050. Dealer discount was 7160 and then took off another 3500 in rebates for a total of 10660 off the truck. I would expect around the same for a similar priced lariat.

I could have had another 1k in rebates but chose not to fiancé with FMC.

Good luck.

Ed
