Possibly, but check your owner's manual. Mine says no, but I plan on doing it if needed, but I checked fit and clearances and it's tight.

Cables would be the better way to go, less clearance needed.

Nope it specifically spells out which tire/rim combo they don't want chains on.

I have 275/55/20 wheels, and looking into chain options (and like most was surprised to find out chains were not allowed).

Was looking at cable and other options, and ran across these. Was wondering if anyone has any experience with these.
