How about one of those $15-$20 aftermarket tailgate locks? They are virtually hidden and go around one of the 2 pivots where the tailgate is connected to the truck so it can be used, but not removed unless you have the key. I've seen 2 manufacturers of these.

More trims in the RCSB too! Like fx4, lariat, platinum etc. and your ideas too!

Your feet or your truck?

I tend to wear a pair of heavy steel-toed neoprene boots when I'm in the truck, so the insulation just amplifies the temperature difference...

I mean if Dodge can get it right 10 years ago...

Feet. I wear leather boots for work and they're not too bad. If I'm wearing my insulated Sorels than I pretty much never feel it...

I agree.I'ld be one to order a RCSB lariat. I wish Ford would pay more attention to the regular cab F150. It might help sell more F series trucks, especially since they are not selling Rangers in North America.

We'd have a loaded FX4 RCSB in the garage if we could. It wouldn't cost ford more to manufacture them would it? So why not?
