Lol. Everyone here in Texas does that stupid boot thing! I never understood that. With that said, I have the Texas edition as well.

Well, damn. I didn't know I'd get all that. I'm definitely going to put them on now.

I just recently bought a '13 SCREW XLT, Texas Edition, had no special chrome, no steps or special wheels...just the badge on the tailgate. (Window Sticker shows the 301A package) A neighbor has a similar truck with the 302A package...steps, 18 Chrome wheels, his is a 4x4. However, he has the same emblem on the tailgate. ??? Still liking the truck, will put badges on fenders for my Love of Texas.

I've seen photos on this site of "Texas Edition" F-150s, but it isn't an option when I try to build a truck on Ford's website (even using a Texas zip code).

Can anyone with a "Texas Edition" tell me what came with that package, and when did Ford stop offering it?

Also, I'd love to see photos of anyone's "Texas Edition".

This is my Texas edition xlt 4x4 off-road boxed frame rear locker golden bronze found it up here in Kentucky

As for the front license plate bracket, I'm pretty sure there's a difference between the "Texas Edition" license plate bracket and the "Texas Edition" with the emblems. All cars/trucks in Texas are required to have a front license plate, so all of them would have the bracket. Mine does. And it was listed on the sticker as "Texas Edition license plate bracket", but it's not a Texas Edition that has badges.

I have a 2016 F150 XLT Sport Texas Edition White it doesn't have a bit of chrome on it. It is completely loaded sunroof goes from front to back all electric seats with memory adjustable foot pedal's shifter on the console lane assist and back up assist and towing assist all the bells and whistles on it.132 thousand miles and still going strong. I live in Florida Its a awesome truck wont part with it
