Default what does your truck run at the track.

Went out and had some fun at the track last night. My truck is a 2010 Scab with a 3 valve 4.6L and I was surprised at the time I got. It ran a 17.9 second 1/4 mile. Most of you will say that's slow it can go faster lol. So here's my excuse..... I had a passanger and about 250 pounds of tools and parts in the cab. The truck with just me in it and nothing else weighs in at about 5500 if I remember correctly at the track I weighed it and it was sitting a little under 6000. I wonder what I could really run if I completly emptied out the truck. Any who.... What do you guys think my truck would run if I empty it out and do a pass with just me in the truck. Also what are you guys trucks running at the track.

Get the person, tools, parts, tailgate, and spare tire out and run with just a couple gallons of gas and u may crack into the hi 16s. I just ran mine at a local 500ft track and it did a 8.15. Hope to run the quarter soon, just not 1 close by. Expecting low 14s

Haha yeah might be a good idea. I wasn't supposed to really make any passes I was the designated tow truck. Ended up having to tow my buddies p.o.s Honda to my house because on the way to the track he granaded his motor. All in all if was just plain out fun. That was my first time running down the track

I'm curious to see the time difference between a 4x4 and 4x2 trucks.
