What did your truck get for Christmas?
So, I have officially started my mods for my new truck. My wife allowed me to order an aFe CAI and an X3 with custom tunes from 5 Star; and my wife also got a me a Craven Speed shorty antenna and 6000k LED's for my interior lights, license plate, and cargo lights.
Got everything installed today!
Reviews from all:
aFe CAI: I haven't even run it yet with the lid on because it sounds so amazing with the lid off! Love it!
X3: I installed 87 Performance Tune today and drove the truck twice throughout the day. Haven't noticed a huge difference yet, but I hope I feel something soon. The directions do state that it may take 3-5 times for everything to adjust properly. MPGs are screwed cause I can't keep my foot off the pedal to hear that CAI. So we will see....
LEDs: A MUST! The interior LEDs look absolutely amazing and they really light up the inside nicely.
Shorty Antenna: It looks a lot better than that 3 foot antenna! It's about 3.5 inches tall and I bought it strictly for appearance because you can't pick up any radio stations with it. But, since I either listen to Sirius or my USB I never listen to the radio so it not a big deal.
Next I will be getting the windows tinted, Borla ProXS installed, Leveling Kit, 302 Boss Intake, Recon Lights and HIDs.

A full tank of gas that will last 8 hours for my trip and another full tank to come back home. Will get 16 hrs of fun driving in the snow and listening to that twin exhaust rumble. What more can someone ask for.
