Went from my '93 F150 XL 5.0 2wd

To an '11 FX4

Still have the '93. Can't bring myself to part with it, I want to fix it up one of these days. I drive it around the yard occasionally. I still miss the sounds, smells and feel of sitting in it over my '11.
My dad also went from a '93 F150 4wd like mine to the '11 XLT SC/LB in the first pic.

I've never owned a car and don't think ill be able to for a while, I need my truck to much. That being said I don't mind in the least, love my truck, if I did buy a car somewhere down the line it would be to sit beside my truck.
I'm kind of surprised too. I'm strictly a F150 / Mustang guy though. I've had 3 F150s prior to this one. 2004, 2006, 2007 and plenty of Mustangs including a 1965 Mustang 2+2 fully restored.

This is a great question!

I upgraded from a 2005 ram 1500 quad cab with a 5.7 hemi. Served me well for 7 years. 150,000 miles. I thought i wanted another, but after test driving both the 1500 and the 150, there was no comparison.

On order right now I have a FX4 Screw, 3.5EB 157" 3.73.

I will be trading in my.....2006 Pontiac G6, V6. The car served me very well while I finished up college and first few years of work, time for this upgrade though! Bought the car with 20,000 miles it has 130,000 on it now.

At some point in the future, I will either get rid of my current F150 for another mustang (and continue the cycle every year or 3), or keep the truck and just buy another mustang to go with it. Depends on where I'm at financially when's get the hankerin.
I have a feeling this is going to be me too!
