I traded in a '06 Superduty F250.
It was going to cost me a bunch of money for routine stuff.
Since it had 100K on it I thought it might be time for something new.
Now I am looking for a light bar just like this one for my new ride.

It still has plenty of get up and go.
My milage was affected but I'm not sure how much since I put the lift on before I had 500 miles. It has 2000 miles now and I'm getting about 14mpg.

I traded in my charcoal black 2011 Fusion (2.5L). I got a new job though then had to get back into a truck... my 3rd new F150! I've got a 2012 XLT 4x4 EB in Sterling Grey.
But I traded in a black 09 F150 XLT 4x4 5.4 3v for on the Fusion. Before that, I traded in my black 07 F150 4x4 XLT 5.4 3v for the 09.
Maybe I should try keeping a vehicle for more than 30,000 miles this time, eh?

I traded my trusty rusty 2000 ranger super cab step side for my 2006 f150 FX4 SCAB. Man I love me a V8 but I do kinda miss that little ranger, put a ton of miles on that sucker! Here is too many more happy miles!
