Yeah I know that stuff. Just trying to figure out what all they changed on the motor so we can figure out what all we need to do to make it work in my 2011. If the new motor is in fact a 2015 motor. It runs and drives good .it's just throwing a crankshaft sensor code. But they have changed sensors and still get the code.

Would all the changes be the same for the f150 5.0?

Similar, I'm sure. The major differences between Mustang and F150 Coyotes are the intake color, tuning (some by hardware design, compression ratings), and oil control.

ford integrated diagnostic system. Either a dealer or independent tech with it can do the relearn. Pcm is trying to match a value from the old engine.
