Default What is this?


Two days ago I noticed a creaky noise at low speeds and idle. It went away when I hit about 10mph. I noticed that the noise stopped today, and then found this in my driveway. Any idea what it is? Google image search and AI haven't been consistent, and I'm hesitant to walk it into the neighborhood mechanic until I know what it is. Thanks in advance!

Part of your transmission mount. Looks like it is for one of the exhaust mountings? I dont have a 5.0 so I dont know for sure.
